Yep, sometimes we get involved in things that aren't exactly boats. This 1999 Chevy Suburban was customized with real wood side panels. It's silver, blue leather, LT most deluxe trim, and has only 129,000 miles on the odometer. More importantly, it was kept at a summer home and only driven in the summer. Don't see a speck of rust anywhere, and we included some underbody shots so you can see how clean it is. Air Conditioning doesn't work (of course), but that shouldn't be a huge issue.
Priced at $9,000, which appears to be about market correct considering miles only, not the "no winters" value.
