The Story:The boat was originally purchased new ($1290) by Charlie Ward, the president of Brown and Bigelow Company in the twin cities. He was a notorious figure around town, and had many storied boats. This one was kept on the Mississippi River in St Paul, and suffice it to say there was likely plenty of entertaining that went on!
