Only 264 Riva Olympics were built in total from 1968 through 1979, and very few reside here in the US. This is one of the very best! Originally purchased by Guido Borghi, a prominent Italian manufacturer of home appliances, it was shipped to Monaco Boat Service from the factory. It was restored in Italy in the early 2000's, shipped to the US, and has seen very little use since. All the options are present: surrey top with poles, ski tow, boarding ladder. If you think a "smaller" Riva is for you, the Olympic strikes a wonderful balance between the 17' Junior and the much larger Aquarama series.
Powered with its original Riva/Crusader 270 hp/350 cubic inch V-8 powerplant, spritely performance is at your fingertips. The Olympic is built for captains who like to sit up on the seat back, with controls easily in reach, and the top of the seat back is designed to serve as a seat "bottom".
We find a wide variation in pricing on Olympics in Europe, which correlates to a wide variation in condition. We feel this example is priced correctly at $125,000 USD when quality, condition, and shipping cost from Europe is taken into consideration.
